Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your products or if they arrive broken or cracked please email us within 14 days at tjbyrd1@yahoo.com.  I will need pictures of the broken product in order for the USPS to refund this insured product and you will be required to take the product into your local post office and complete necessary loss forms.
